justApp

Terms of Service

Last updated: 02.09.2026

1. What justApp is

justApp is an online marketplace that connects passengers with independent carriers to arrange intercity and suburban transportation. justApp is not a carrier, does not own or lease any vehicles, and does not provide transportation services itself — it only provides the technical platform for searching trips, booking seats, and communicating between the parties.

2. Account and registration

Booking a trip or publishing a route requires an account with a verified email and phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping access to your account secure. A single account may hold both a passenger and a carrier role at the same time — it is the same account, not two separate ones.

3. Carrier verification (KYC/KYB)

Individual carriers (private drivers) go through identity verification (KYC): a government-issued ID and a driving licence. Corporate carriers and sole proprietors go through business verification (KYB): company registration documents. Uploaded documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Publishing routes and trips is available only after successful verification.

4. Booking and payment

Booking a seat creates a request to the carrier; depending on the trip settings, the request is confirmed automatically or manually by the carrier within a set time window. At the current stage, trips are paid in cash directly to the carrier on the day of travel. Online payment through a payment gateway may be introduced later — this will be announced separately, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

5. Cancellation and no-shows

A passenger may cancel a booking before departure from their account. A carrier may reject a request or cancel a trip, notifying passengers via the platform chat beforehand. Repeated cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in account functionality being limited.

6. Responsibilities of the parties

The carrier is responsible for the safety of the trip, the condition of the vehicle, and holding all documents required to lawfully provide transportation in the country where the service is rendered. The passenger is responsible for arriving at the pickup point on time and for the accuracy of their contact details. justApp does not inspect the technical condition of vehicles and does not guarantee the quality of transportation — the platform provides a search and booking tool, not a transportation service.

7. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the platform to transport goods or substances prohibited by law, to arrange off-platform deals to avoid applicable fees, to publish knowingly false trips, or to discriminate against passengers or carriers on any grounds prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". justApp is not liable for the acts or omissions of carriers and passengers, for the quality, safety, or lawfulness of the actual transportation, or for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service — the last update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
